Do drivers need a paid seat?
Yes, in months they work. A driver bills like any other user, $150 per month, but only when they are assigned a route that month. Create as many driver accounts as you like; inactive ones cost nothing. Giving every driver their own login is what keeps your activity trail honest, because you can always see exactly who marked a stop complete.
What counts as a routed pickup?
A pickup that gets added to a route. Scheduling is free; you pay when a pickup actually enters your operation.
Are text messages and emails included?
Yes. Donor notifications by SMS and email are included in the per-pickup price on the standard plan.
Is the donor portal really white-label?
Completely. Your logo, colors, domain, email sender, and receipts. Donors never see our name.
Can we migrate from Vonigo or spreadsheets?
Yes. Migrations from generalized field-service tools are common. We map your regions, donors, and history as part of onboarding.
Do you offer self-hosting?
For larger organizations, yes. Self-hosted and multi-region deployments are part of our enterprise program.
